Water Boulevard Almelo

Almelo is a water city, the water even reaches into the centre. Walk from the Marina Centre to the new harbour basin (completed 2019) in the heart of the city.

Almelo is a water city. And we are proud of that. How great is it that the city centre of Almelo is accessible not only by rail, car, bicycle and on foot, but also by boat. The harbour is returning to the city centre and it invites more rowers, canoeists, kayakers and pleasure craft to visit the city for other forms of entertainment.
