Lost and Found
Items found in the public areas of the Theaterhotel or in the rooms, or handed in at our reception, will be handled as described in the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry:
16.1: In the building and its premises of the catering establishment, lost or abandoned items found by the guest must be promptly handed in to the catering establishment.
16.2The catering establishment acquires ownership of items for which the rightful owner has not reported within one year after they have been handed in at the catering establishment.
16.3: If the catering establishment sends items left behind by the guest, this is entirely at the guest's expense and risk. The catering establishment is never obliged to send items.

What is the Valk Loyal system?
With the Valk Loyal program, we offer you even more benefits, guarantees, and extra service. When you make a booking through our websites.with a Valk AccountYou will receive a credit of €5.00 per night after your stay, and for promotional rates, last-minute deals, and packages, you will receive €2.50 per person.
In addition, you will receive a welcome drink, you can enjoy a Lazy Sunday if you book a room from Saturday to Sunday, and you can make free use of the WIFI network.
You can view your credit by logging into your ValkAccount on one of our websites. You can use the credit for your next online booking or save it to continue saving for more discounts on a future booking!
I do not know my password for the Valk Loyal system (anymore).
If you’ve forgotten your password for the Valk Loyal system, don’t worry. On every hotel website and Valkverrast, you have the option to log in to your Valk Account. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
You will be asked to enter your email address, and if it's recognized, a new password will be sent to you by email. Once you've logged in with the new password, you can change it to something more memorable.
Can I save points without being logged in to the Loyal system?
Even if you make a booking without being logged in during your online reservation, as long as you use an email address linked to your Valk Account, you will still earn points.
Bookings must be made online through the hotel’s official booking engine. This also allows the reception to assist with making a booking for you without needing a password. However, please note that in this case, it is not possible to use any existing credit. To do so, logging in is required.
Will my saved balance be refunded if I cancel the booking?
You can cancel via the Valk Account by logging in and cancelling the booking in the reservations tab. The balance will then be refunded to the guest's account.
