Bolletje Bakery Museum

At the Bolletje Bakery Museum you can wonderfully see how bakers used to work in the past, in grandma's day. You can see how the bakers of that time, bare-chested, stoked the wood-fired oven or used the oven peel to take the loaves out. The dough troughs they worked with, the sieves, bowls, knives and rolling pins. The forms they used to bake bread, rusk, rye bread, cookies and cakes.
